Exchange / Replacement

Before sending TYS (The Yellow Studioz) products to you we thoroughly check the product, to avoid any inconvenience. However, we understand sometimes the product gets damaged while delivery. But don’t worry we got you covered with the Return and Shipping Policy we offer at The Yellow Studioz. You just need to follow the steps given below

  • If you receive a damaged product, click the photos of the damaged product within 24hrs from delivery time and get it approved by us.
  • The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.
  • Once Approved you need to send the damaged product back to us at “The Yellow Studioz – 602, Xanadu D, Prathamesh complex, Veera Desai road, Andheri West, Mumbai 400053”. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You can only exchange your damaged item and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value at no extra cost. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance and free shipping would be provided to you.

Shipping Policy

We deliver TYS products to your door step from our trusted third-party delivery agents like DTDC. So usually, the products are delivered within 7 working days and maximum it can take up to 14 working days. Refunds
